It’s an absolute honour to announce that on Saturday 24th January 2026 we will welcome my beloved teacher, Stewart Gilchrist, to Big Heart Yoga for a full day of practice and exploration.

Stewart has been a profound influence on my own journey. His teachings are fierce yet compassionate, grounded in the roots of yoga while alive with humour, humanity, and devotion.
