Yogābhyāsa and the heart, of backbends - a day of practice with Stewart Gilchrist

Saturday 24th January 2026

It’s an honour to welcome my beloved teacher, Stewart Gilchrist, to Big Heart Yoga for a full day of practice and exploration. Stewart has been a profound influence on my own journey. His teachings are fierce yet compassionate, grounded in the roots of yoga while alive with humour, humanity, and devotion.

Join us for a very special day that will weave together movement, philosophy, breath, and meditation - a living expression of what it means to truly develop a yoga practice.
