Lynn Michelle Joins Big Heart Yoga

We are delighted to welcome Lynn Michelle to the Big Heart Yoga family! With a rich and inspiring journey into the well-being arts, spanning over 25 years, Lynn brings a unique blend of experience and passion to her teaching.

Lynn’s story began right here in Telford when she attended her first yoga class at the old Madeley Court School refectory. Inspired by her teacher, she embarked on a transformative path that led her to explore martial arts, achieving her 1st Dan in Wado Ryu and Level 1 Kung Fu coaching certification. She further expanded her expertise with diplomas as a yoga teacher for adults and children, a Qigong instructor, and a Zen meditation teacher and practitioner.

Lynn’s philosophy is simple yet profound: kindness is true strength, and true strength is kindness. She weaves this wisdom into every session, bringing together the best elements of yoga, Qigong, and Zen to uplift, inspire, and revive.

Lynn will be offering two wonderful classes at Big Heart Yoga:

  • Qigong: A flowing, meditative practice combining movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to promote energy, vitality, and calm. Perfect for those seeking a playful yet grounding experience.
    First Saturday of the month at 10am.

  • Circle of Stillness (Zen Meditation): A beautifully balanced class featuring breathwork, meditative walking, and guided meditation to cultivate focus, clarity, and a pocket of peace you can carry into daily life.
    Third Saturday of the month at 10am.
