Gentle Yoga with Jenna

A one-hour, slow-paced and mostly floor-based therapeutic practice designed to calm the nervous system and support overall well-being.

Guided with love and compassion, this gentle class offers grounding movement, breath awareness, and deep rest. The session will end with an optional soothing savasana massage to promote relaxation and connection. No experience needed - simply come as you are.
