Saturday 31st October 2026 | 10am - 7pm | £200

We are incredibly honoured to welcome my teacher, Stewart Gilchrist, to Big Heart Yoga this October for a full-day 10-Hour Assists & Adjustments Training.

Stewart has been my teacher for many years, and learning from him has been one of the most transformative parts of my teaching journey. His teaching is powerful, direct, deeply rooted in tradition, and always delivered with honesty, humour, and heart.

To be able to bring this training to Big Heart Yoga, here in Telford, feels incredibly special.

This training is ideal for yoga teachers, trainee teachers, and dedicated practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of hands-on assists, adjustments, teaching methodology, and the responsibility that comes with physically supporting students in practice.
