Join on Monday June 16th us for a gentle, nurturing evening of connection and reflection in circle with like-minded women.

Together, we’ll take time to pause, breathe, and reconnect - with ourselves and each other. You’ll be guided through a calming meditation and invited to explore the wisdom of your menstrual cycle, learning how to work with the rhythms of the moon and the seasons to support your personal journey.

We’ll share tea, cake, and conversation as we enjoy a mindful craft activity, woven with journal prompts and time to reflect. The evening will close with a soothing crystal sound bowl journey, allowing you to fully relax and integrate.

This circle will be infused with the vibrant, expansive energies of the Summer Solstice—offering space to slow down, find clarity, and feel held in a supportive, heart-led space.
